We used to be pretty active on a swedish Android forum back when that was still a relatively new thing, early 2010 maybe? Other than that I've mostly lurked on a bunch.

Regardless, it's weird to be back in this place where you check something, like, twice a day. Forums move so slow compared to "modern" social media.

Given the paces our sizes require us to be, it feels somewhat apt as a return tbf. ;3 ) ) )

But yeah, I check back in a lot each day now and its nice to check back into something and when something does update, it feels like something meaningful and related to what we're into rather than interrupting that with miscellaneous anger and sorrow suddenly Just Because.

Kinda proves how much potential de-social-medifying online communication has as a solution to the issues they've brought on a more general sense but in a more just-to-us sense, it feels like we have control over our own space and that that makes what it brings others who come here who're like-minded all the more comfortable immediately. So far, total win-win all-round.
