Past the point of managing - probably best to just airlift me into a large body of water for a bit, I'm sure polluting the area water supply with permablob-sweat won't have any lasting consequences on the local's figures >:3c

As part plant, I'd need so much water to stay hydrated while absorbing the harsh sunlight. This may lead to an overgrowth in blubber and heft, which then leads to a feedback loop: more surface area for me to absorb water and sunlight leading to even bigger growths.

Basically, if I were to relax in any body of water, an entire half of the planet may get smothered pretty quickly, hehe.

I'd never say no to some ultra calorie dense ice cream... fattening AND cooling, it's very practical for butterballs!!

To give a more serious answer, controlling airflow is REALLY important! Growing up my bedrooms were always over insulated and under ventilated so it'd get like a kajillion degrees in there; You wanna block out the sun with some blackout curtains or shades, then get a crossbreeze going! Windows on opposite walls or sides open if you can, let that air circulate and move over all that dough a bit more! Creating airflow routes for hot air to travel up and out, like through an attic or loft, are also good! And lastly: You could try putting a moist cloth over any fans or windows you might have, that way as the air flows the water evaporates and gets picked up!

And the extra, ever increasing weight means you need more of it to stay cool. Sounds ideal!
